About this apartment rental
Main level 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in a duplex. The unit has been completely renovated, all finishes and furnishings are new. Upgraded appliances, very clean and comfortable, it’s perfect if you re looking for something nicer but still affordable. The only shared space is the laundry. Traveling with some people but don t want to stay in the same unit, you rent the top, put the others in the lower level, you ll have the whole place. See my other listing for details on the other unit in this building.
Disclosure: If driving is hard for you, this might not be your place to stay. The driveway is long and a hill, and there's no room to turn around at the top of the driveway in the parking area so you have to reverse down. It's really not that big of a deal in my opinion, but I've been doing it for 15+ years.

We loved this place! Had everything we needed in the bathroom, as well as, extra blankets and pillows. The host was helpful and responded pretty quick when we had questions. Highly recommend.

In town for the Blues Festival, awesome experience if you’ve never been. Much better place to land than a hotel or camping! Interior space is nice, exterior space needs cleaning and maintenance. We would not stay here again simply because of the parking situation and the requirement to back out of a long driveway onto a busy road. Not easy to do even with our compact car. Recommend bringing your own cookware as what is provided is scant and old with teflon flaking off.

Owner was easy to chat with. I liked all the amenities. Great bathroom. I liked that condiments and coffee were in the fridge. And, the house is in a nice and safe location. Perfect little park across the street with a creek running through it.
