We appreciated this affordable apartment in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Luke was always very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great location everything you need. You will feel at home. Highly recommend this property very comfortable bed 🛌 and property located right by a beautiful park and river 100% will be back here next time in town.

This property is a little decieving. It is actually the basement of a house where the upstairs is being rented. Now the renter upstairs is a smoker and thoughout our two day stay it seemed that anytime the renter smoked (which is often) the smell would travel through the vents and make its way down to the basement. We of course messaged the property owner and he showed up and said he couldnt smell anything and that the renter only smokes outside. The smell was very very strong and highly doubt the smoker is actually going outside to smoke.
So......... just know that it is just the basement of a rented house and the renter is a chain smoker. Other than that, the place was cool. Awesome bathroom and shower. Sectional sofa with blankets and pillows, ROKU connected to the TV, Bedroom was nice and has a floor fan. Washer and dryer upstairs in the entry way. I would rate it higher but the smoke was just too strong and frequent.
