Welcome to the Coastal Getaway! This beautifully decorated condo in Tower 5 has been completely updated with new furnishings. This condo has Eastern views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.
Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.
This condo has been completely renovated and updated throughout. The featured bedding is a King, Full, Twin and a Sleeper Sofa. An electric grill is located on the Balcony!
While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.
Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.
The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Overall, the stay was awesome.
Beautiful view of the ocean and beach from almost all areas of the condo. Location of the building on the property was excellent...easy access almost all areas of the resort particularly the beach. Condo was very accommodating for all our needs.
The only negative was that the a/c in some of the area of the condo....one of the bedrooms and bathroom did not seem to be cooling, and these areas were hot and uncomfortable at night when trying to sleep. This issue was reported the Property Management and the front desk. When the maintenance guy came to address the problem, he stated he did see where there was a problem , therefore: the issue was not addressed.

We just got back and loved our stay at Portofino. We especially loved the unit we selected. It is clean, decorated nicely, and had amazing views. The room looks exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed it so much we are definitely planning on booking again.
Pros:
• primary bed and main guest bed were very comfortable
•having a half bath out in the living area is super helpful
•kitchen is pretty well stocked
•all of the appliances are relatively new and work well!
•primary bedroom has tons of storage for clothes and toiletries
Cons/suggestions
•twin bed in guest room needs to be replaced
•none of the can openers work
•knives are very dull and need to be replaced
•wish there was a full length mirror
•wish there was a Keurig coffee maker
I say cons but none of these were serious deal breakers. Portofino is great but it’s all about the unit you book. This one is phenomenal and we will be back!!!

The condo was great but the check in process was not. We arrived at 4 pm which was check in time. The condo was not ready and I was told that they would call me when it was ready. I immediately contacted the property manager. She responded right away that she would find out what was going on and I never heard from her again. I checked back with the front desk after waiting an hour and a half. The condo was ready but no one called me. Poor communication all around but the overall stay was nice.
