About this house rental
SPECTACULAR describes everything about this house. The huge family room on the top floor and well equipped kitchen where you can entertain and feed your group of 12. There are views of the Gulf of Mexico or Santa Rosa Sound from every window. 2 master bedrooms with private baths, plus 2 more bedrooms and a futon and blow up twin in family room. Close to community pool. A pier that extends 180’ into the sound to fish and/or watch evening sunsets. Smart TVs in every room with lots of movies. Just a short walk thru the dunes to the Gulf. We also provide beach towels, a wagon for the beach AND plenty of sand toys. All you need to pack is a camera and your clothes!

Our stay was fantastic. The house location is perfect for families, close to both the beach and the sound side. The house is very well stocked. The living room is spacious for a large group. Would highly recommend.

Easy check-in. Abundantly well-stocked kitchen. My mom usually travels with cooking gear as most rentals we've enjoyed over the years don't have enough skillets, utensils, pots, etc. There is more than enough for anything you could possibly want to do in that kitchen! We used the community pool & beach access on both the Gulf & the sound side daily- it's a short walk to all. There are plenty of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards & floats for your use. The outside shower is a nice amenity. I used it every day to rinse off and minimize tracking in sand. Make sure to bring extra bathroom tissue & paper towels as a nominal supply is provided & our group of 9 went through that pretty quickly.

Nice house with plenty of space in private neighborhood. Easy access to both gulf beach and a small beach. Nice pool which was usually empty.

This is the 7th time we have stayed at this property.
It needs some TLC and a very deep clean.
The location is good. Just a short drive into the action.
The walk to the beach is easy- recommend using the boardwalk just a few more steps down the beach.
There were no beach towels as advertised in the listing.
The community pool was not well maintained. A lot of the same trash from day-to-day scattered around.
