This is a good rental property not too far from central Nashville. The hosts were pretty helpful and responsive. Getting into the home was easy and there is ample parking. However, there weren’t enough towels for our group when we checked in, but this was rectified when we asked if we could have some more. Also, sadly the ground floor bedroom roof started to leak when my sister used the shower upstairs a few days into our trip. We had to move furniture around and had to dry various bedding and pillows as a result. Luckily the leak stopped once we stopped using the upstairs bathroom. The only other hiccup worth mentioning was that when we first arrived we could not access the upstairs bedroom. However Allan was helpful and I was able to get it open as the door was locked for some reason.Ive not been to Nashville before and whilst other reviews have stated it was safe, I would mostly agree with this though the property is very close to social housing and there was lots of police presence when we were there. There are lots of cool shops and restaurants in East Nashville which were a short walk from the house which was nice and I did feel like it was safe to walk around.Overall I would recommend this property. The inside is pristine and well looked after. The kitchen and living rooms were very nice and kept to a high standard. Cooking was a breeze. Many thanks to the hosts for letting us use their lovely home.

Location of the house was fantastic & felt totally safe in the neighborhood! Plenty of room for all of us! Parking convenient. Host is super responsive! Would stay again & will recommend to friends & family

The house was roomy with a nice amount of sleeping areas and bathrooms. It is also was very nicely decorated. It was wonderful to have the fenced in yard with the dogs, although sometimes the back gate didn't want to shut. The location was convenient being just 1 mile from downtown. It was easy to drive to the pedestrian bridge to park and then walk to downtown and it also was easy to get an Uber to downtown. We rented this house for 3 days and 2 of those days we had no hot water. We also waited the one day for the plumber (we was told he was one his way at 3:45pm and didn't show up till 7-7:30pm). I had many messages back in forth between home owner and their assistant and dealing with the plumber instead of them just taking control of the whole issue themselves. The host did refund us just under 10 percent. We asked for more and host replied with a not so nice of a reply. That we were lucky to have a roof, clean bed, running water, fenced in back yard... And that we quite frankly we insulted her by asking for more of a refund. We even asked for her to negotiate with us and she did not. That was not our intent to insult her, it was just a big inconvenience for us (a group of 7 adults) while on vacation not to have hot water for baths and dishes for 2 out of our three day stay!!!
