- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

This place was great! We had plenty of room for everyone one! The beds were very comfy and the en suite bath tub in the master was so great to have for relaxing! Thanks again for having us! Would stay again!

Everything is very nice. I would suggest to equip the kitchen a little more. For example: can opener, duster, etc.

Great experience with this host all-around! The house itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more; like a high-class hotel experience with the comfort of our own space and “home”! The staff was extremely helpful and professional with fast replies, and a personable, friendly character that made our experience (and trip as a whole) that much more enjoyable.
