About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 38 m² ground-floor flat for rent in Caudebec-en-Caux, with a view of the Seine loop and the Brotonne bridge. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises an attractive 11 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a bathroom and a shared garden of around 650 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 11 m² with TV, Wifi, and double sofa bed.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and dining area.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a TV.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 650 m² shared garden, facing east/south-east, enclosed and sloping.
- A 35² terrace
For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, baby bed.
The apartment is ideally located in Caudebec-en-Caux, in a quiet neighborhood on the GR2 (50 m from the property) in a very pleasant environment. The "Le Calidu" pedestrian path provides quick, direct access to the town center and the Seine quay. What's more, the property's location makes it easy to reach emblematic towns such as Etretat in 40 minutes, Deuville in 1 hour and Honfleur in 1 hour. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
