Fabulous accommodation.

A lovely old house that lends itself very well to being a guest house. Great to have parking on site and town is just 5 minutes walk away. A stylish, cosy and comfortable room with a seating area, a coffee machine, kettle, complimentary madeleines and a pristine ensuite bathroom. A great breakfast was brought to the door in a wicker basket. Staff were friendly and professional. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful building and very friendly welcome by the host. Good parking space for the car. Beautifully packed breakfast basket with tasty products.

We had two large rooms and a private bathroom. Very clean, courtesy tray with tea and a coffee maker. Quirky decor. Wonderful breakfast in picnic basket …could eat indoors or outside. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

Convenient, clean & friendly overnight stop, recommended.

Our second visit to the property so we knew what to expect, although must remember to let the very friendly owner what time we're arriving next time (sorry!). Fortunately she's very persistent and we managed to sort it out before any issue arose. It is ideally located for an overnight stop on the way South to our holiday home, or on the way back to Folkestone/channel ports The place is clean, tidy and functional. We used the kitchen to make our own dinner, but there are restaurants and bars a modest walk or very short drive away in the centre of Yvetot. If you need to avoid the Crit' air in Rouen, head South from Yvetot to Pont Brotonne then pick up E46 and A28 toward Le Mans. This includes a short stretch of gateless peage which you need to pay for online. All in all a comfortable stay again, and a good option to overnight, we will be back. We didn't have time for breakfast on this occasion, but last time it was a very nice continental, with all local produce.

Could not seem to control heating, but open window worked :) Another pillow would have been nice.

Beautifull French Hotel with amazing price

It was an amazing and beautiful place. The room is absolutely beautiful and you really get to enjoy the French countryside. Great hospitality and comunication at all times. I was on a cycling trip so I did not mind that it is not close to any big cities, but Yvetot has it's magic as well. Stay here and enjoy the peace and sounds of the north of France, it is a very beautifull and relaxing place. Price is absolutely worth it, a room like the one we got in Paris would be at least £700 so it really is a good price. Would 100% stay here again. Merci pour tout!

Spacious, relaxing apartment. A great find!

We booked this apartment last minute after a long drive and were so glad we did. It’s lovely and spacious and the beds are super comfy. The staff were really friendly and we made use of the shared kitchen facilities which were very well equipped. Highly recommended.

La suite était spacieuse et propre

Trop de bruit extérieur et donc pas possible de laisser une fenêtre ouverte. La climatisation n'était pas réglable donc chaleur ds la chambre et pas moyen de laisser une fenêtre entrouverte.

La décoration est superbe, le confort de la chambre et les petites attentions un peu partout dans la chambre. La panier petit déjeuner est tout simplement incroyable, tout y est sucré, salé, fruits frais, vienoiseries ... un pur délice.

L'accueil est très sympathique . La chambre située dans un bâtiment calme et agréable est confortable . Salle de bains spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner copieux vous est servi dans un panier et peut être pris dans la chambre ou dans la pièce commune. Une halte bienvenue et reposante.

Ein sehr schönes zum Hotel umfunktioniertes Haus mit einem tollen Familienzimmer

Das Hotel war am äusseren Rande von Yvetot, jedoch hat man das Stadtzentrum und Restaurants dennoch schnell zu Fuss erreicht. Wir haben das Familienzimmer gebucht, welches sehr grosszügig ausgestattet war inklusive Sofa und Fernseher und grossem sauberen BAdezimmer mit viel Abstellfläche. Das BEtt war sehr bequem und es hatte auch eine (leise) Klimaanlage. Zusätzlich haben wir das Frühstück gebucht, das in einem Korb vor die Türe geliefert wurde. Darin hatte es alles was man sich so wünschen konnte und genug dass man zweimal davon hätte essen können. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und hat auf Anfragen sehr schnell reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr kreativ eingerichtet mit lustigen Bildern und kleinen dekorativen Sachen überall, also auch sehr unterhaltsam.

Im Familienzimmer hat es leider nur eine BAdewanne ohne Vorhang, was zum Waschen von langen Haaren ein bisschen mühsam sein kann. Jedoch ist das Badezimmer gross genug, dass nicht alles gleich nass wird, selbst wenn man sich dabei ein wenig ungeschickt anstellt. Das Apartment hat zwei Türen, eine innere die nicht verschlossen werden kann und eine äussere die zum Treppenhaus führt. Da zwischen der inneren und äusseren noch ein Massageraum war, hatten auch andere Zugang bei der äusseren Tür. Uns wurde gesagt, dass nur Leute in Begleitung des Hotelpersonals in den Massageraum können, dennoch hat uns das ein bisschen verwirrt. Wir hätten es besser gefunden, wenn man die innere Türe abschliessen könnte anstelle der äusseren. Wir haben uns aber dennoch nicht unsicher gefühlt, da es auch nicht ein riesiges Hotel mit vielen Gästen war.

Sehr schöne große Zimmer (Schlaf- und separates Wohnzimmer) großes Bad, für zwei Personen toll.

Das Haus liegt direkt an einer durchaus belebten Straße und ist selbst auch etwas hellhörig. WLAN war relativ schwach
