Location is great short walk to the beach. AC was great great especially after a long hot day on the beach beds were comfortable. There were a few things that need to be refreshed or replaced, but nothing that hindered our enjoyment.

Pros: Condo beach access is great! No stairs either, so perfect for families who have wagons. Cons: Pool was under maintenance one of the days we were there, however it was addressed and fixed quickly. Only one of the two parts on the shower wash off station worked coming back from the beach. Condo is upstairs so not ideal for families with littles to carry up and down and the numbered parking spot for condo is also far away. Early check in was not allowed. I text the guest contact asking for one and he said he would let us know if it was ready early but never did. We arrived at the condos a hour early to see where everything was and no one was there, so it was likely that it was ready early we just weren’t a priority and effort to accommodate us wasn’t made. Kitchen cookware was extremely limited (no oven mitts, one bent cooking sheet, coffee mugs chipped). There are blinds but no curtains throughout the unit, so you are up with the sun! The cleaner did not do a thorough job (lint in dryer not cleaned out so sheets had lint/hair on them), floors still sandy, dirty sponges under the kitchen sink. Area rugs desperately need to be changed, they are very dirty and worn. Sheets and towels had stains and need to be replaced. Overall the condos were a great location to the beach and restaurants so I would give it another shot, just not this unit!
