This oceanfront condo is conveniently located next to St. Johns County Ocean Pier with beach volleyball, bocce courts, and a splash park. Pier Point 36 is also within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars, ice cream, donut and coffee shops! Enjoy a day at the beach, then take a short stroll to the pier for a free concert, try out the weekly farmers market, or cast a fishing pole. Whether you want to surf, fish, enjoy family time, or take in the night life, this is the place to be! This condo is located on the non-driving section of the beach. The unit features a fully stocked kitchen, newly remodeled bathrooms, new flooring, fresh paint, and comfortable furnishings, including new mattresses. Perfect condo for a family of 4! We could have easily had 2 more guests and had plenty of room. The pool is very nice and kept immaculate. It's a 2 min walk max from the condo door to the pool! Add another minute and you are to the beach! It's all flat, so navigating the walk is super easy. The condo does have steps up to both bedrooms and full bathrooms, so just be aware of that if stairs are an issue. There are railings to hold onto for safety. The condo is right by Ritas Ice Cream, Antonios Pizza (SO GOOD), Island Donuts and Bagels (DELICIOUS...but get there early because it does sell out), Salt Life (amazing!!), Crabbys (so so....long wait and a lot of menu items were not available.). A short 10 min drive to downtown St Augustine!The balcony of the condo was perfect! The chairs and table were comfortable and have an amazing view! The master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable! We would stay there again in a heartbeat. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about the condo. It was CLEAN, quiet, in a safe area, pool and beach access, LOTS of walkable options to eat...... Highly recommend this condo!

Great girls trip with my two adult daughters! This condo is in such a great place located right next to the St. Augustine Beach Pier. Close access to historic area of St. Augustine as well. Next door is also the best little homemade Bagel, Donut and coffee shop. We never made a pot of coffee while there, it was too easy to just pop over for an iced latte every morning and pick up fresh bagels. The view of the pool and ocean is excellent and such a short walk to either. We loved the upstairs location of the bedrooms while having the kitchen/dining and living area on the main floor so anyone that wanted to sleep in wasn't bothered at all with the rest of us. We will definitely return again and will rent from iTrip again as well.Nikki

Very clean and comfortable furnishings . Nice view . Water filter wasn’t replaced before we got there but when we inquired they did provide a Britta. I’d only say an extra pool fob would have been nice but our group could manage. Location is good , has stairs to get in and to bedrooms - so some people could benefit from knowing that. (Wouldn’t say ADA )
