When we first arrived at the condo, we had many problems from the beginning, relating to the way we were able to access our room and with the amenities that were supposed to be included with our stay. We were told that the only way to open the door would be through an app that was only openable with a singular device, causing issues since we had multiple people staying with us. The door would also jam itself often and the dryer didn’t turn on despite being said that it would be included on our stay. Despite these issues however, the rest of the condo was amazing and we didn’t have any other major complaints.
