The space
The house is a triplex and all units are listed on Airbnb. This is the Master unit - Unit A at the east side of the building . You will get the main building of the villa with private entrance from front porch, including master bedroom(1st floor) and 3 secondary bedrooms(2nd floor), 3 full bathroom, 2 living rooms(1st floor), 1 flex room(2nd floor), front porch and full fenced backyard with patio and deck, outdoor sitting and tables, fish pond and BBQ etc. Each rooms have closets & relaxing chairs and tables.

Fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher. dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Washer & dryer for refreshing before you return home. Large back yard for recreation.

Nice property. Not enough drinking glasses for 8 people, nor bath towels.
Dishwasher was broken. Owner was nice and apologetic and stated he would address issues.
Beds were super comfy.

Everything was very clean and beautiful. The owner was very easy to communicate with! We will be looking to stay here again in the future.

House and yard were beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable. However, the ac didn’t work well enough to get the temperature below 74 which is warm for Houston. This was difficult with getting ready for our son’s wedding.
There were also others staying right on the other side of a pocket door in the kitchen and parked on half of the driveway. This was not disclosed to us in the listing, nor at any time until we checked in after a late night at a rehearsal dinner. This knowledge likely would have led us to chose a different home.
We heard them at night and in the morning, and it made it uncomfortable to use the beautiful backyard knowing that there were others on the other side of a partial barrier that didn’t go far into the yard. In the future, it would be best to let renters know if others will be on the property. We always request ‘entire home’ when stay in a vrbo, and we do so frequently. This is the first time this has happened.
The other problem was that the bathtub in the master bathroom didn’t turn on. I’m not sure if it is broken or if it was user error.
Overall, other than the ac and the other people, the property is nice. It’s sparsely stocked, but adequate and very clean.
