NEWLY REMODLED!! House, 5 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, dock with covered 12'x30' slip
Wonderful lakefront location in a no wake cove, waterfront, lower level walkout home in Sunrise Beach, MO. It has five bedrooms with a balcony off of 4 of the bedrooms. It has a very large, shaded main deck with five tables and a grill. There is a large, covered, private dock with swim platform slide and wet step ladder. The house has an open floor plan on the lower level with a large kitchen open to dining room and living room. All of the windows face the lake for a wonderful view!
The second level has three bedrooms and three full baths. The first bedroom has one Queen bed and a large walk in closet, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a closet and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, closet, and an en suite full bathroom. All three bedrooms have sliding patio doors that open to a large 12'x36' deck with seating. You can see the lake and dock from each bedroom on the second floor.
From the second floor you go out into the entry/lounge area where there is a flight of steps leading to the 3rd floor. There are two bedrooms on the third floor. They each have 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV, closet, and en suite full bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a sliding door that opens up to a 12'x12' deck facing the lake.
The lounge/entryway has a sectional couch and TV. There is a closet with a second laundry room as well.
There is a flight of steps down from the second floor to the first floor. That takes you to the living room/dining/kitchen. The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD, and game/puzzle collection, couch, love seat, and two swivel chairs. There is a large dining table that will seat 6-8 people, large kitchen with all appliances, counter top area with 4 stools, and lots of cabinets and countertop space. There is a half bath and laundry/utility room off of the living room area. The lower level has a sliding door that opens up to a large 26'x36' concrete deck, gas grill, 3 bar top height tables with stools (12 seats total) and 2 regular height tables with a total of 10 chairs. There are some steps down to the walkway to the large covered dock. The boat slip is 12'x30' and the swim deck is 12'x36'. There is a slide with a wet step ladder. On the dock are 4 lounge chairs. There is also a large swimming mat available to use. If you bring a jet ski or boat you may use the slip. There is also jet ski and boat rental nearby at Point Oasis if you don t bring your own watercraft.
You are only about 20 minutes from the Osage outlet mall, golfing, water parks, miniature golf, go-carting, etc. This lakefront house is on the 13 MM in a no wake cove location with quiet waters safe for young children to swim in. The water restaurants nearby are Lakehouse 13, Franky & Louie’s, Tap & Grill, Backwater Jack's, The Reserve and many others!
All seasons at the lake are beautiful. Enjoy them from inside the home, the decks, dock or take a walk, boat ride or car ride for your scenic pleasure. This home is in a timbered area with abundant wildlife.
This is a very roomy 3200 square foot home with a lot of space to spread out and set up for entertaining. It is charming and very comfortable, and is extremely nice and well kept. We would enjoy sharing our home on the lake with you and everything it has to offer.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this home to families or larger groups visiting the lake. The entire property has been beautifully remodeled, and it is clear that a lot of thought went into making it comfortable, functional, and enjoyable.One of our favorite features was the large family room and group seating area in the garage. It was the perfect place to end the day with a movie, and there was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax together.The lower-level kitchen was another major benefit, especially when spending time outside or near the water. The large walkout patio has newer concrete and excellent patio furniture, not the inexpensive outdoor furniture you often find at rentals. It was a great space for meals, drinks, and relaxing.The dock was excellent, and I had no problem parking my 19-foot boat in the 12-by-30-foot slip. The home is located in a quiet, no-wake cove, which made docking and relaxing by the water easy, while still being close to many great places to cruise to by boat.The neighborhood was also nice for walking, and having a convenience store nearby for gas, ice, food, and other supplies was very helpful.The driveway is quite steep, but that is common for lake homes in the area and was not a significant issue for us.Overall, this is a beautiful, spacious, and very well-equipped lake home. It worked extremely well for our group, and we would gladly stay here again.

This house exceeded all of our expectations! We had an amazing stay and would absolutely rent it again. The dock was so much fun—everyone loved the slide, and being tucked away in a no-wake cove made it perfect for swimming and relaxing.The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to the Strip, and there were so many great bars and restaurants just a short boat ride away.What really set this rental apart were all the thoughtful amenities. It had so much more than your typical vacation rental—from laundry detergent and hand soap to beach towels, pool noodles, and so many little extras that made our stay easy and comfortable.The house itself is incredibly spacious. We had five couples, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out without ever feeling crowded. At one point I asked everyone if there was anything they wished the house had, and not a single person could think of anything—that says it all!The owners were extremely attentive and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. The home was also spotless, and you can tell they truly take pride in maintaining it.If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay at the Lake of the Ozarks, this is it. We can’t recommend it enough!

The house is newly remodeled and clean. We loved that there are not a ton of steps compared to other houses we have stayed in. Would love to stay again!
