Spacious fully furnished one story home. Central heat and air conditioning. WiFi and security system.
2 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, and master bedroom has a king size bed with attached full bath. Master bedroom has smart tv. All bedrooms have large closets. Well supplied kitchen has open floor plan. Fully stock laundry area in attached garage with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Large screened in Lanai with 10-person hot tub, sink, ice maker and fridge. All rooms including lanai have ceiling fans. Gas hooks up for grill outside lanai. Less than 2 miles driveway to driveway to Legoland.
Roughly an hour to Disney theme parks or Clearwater beach. Located on the Chain or lakes, great for pontoon boat rides, fishing or basking in the sun.

You could not ask for a better vacation home rental. The pictures do not do it justice. It is large, lovely, and the owner provides more supplies than you would ever need. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the front door. The fantastic lanai is where we spent much of our time. The outdoor kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hot tub were great. on everything.

We loved this stay and would recommend it to anyone going to Legoland. The traffic is a bit loud/busy but then again, the property can not do anything about that. It was very clean and very comfortable. We plan to stay again in the near future.
