Perched on 135 feet of pristine beach front, this 4,200-sq.-ft. cedar shake home presents a unique design to accommodate your extended family or favorite friends with plenty of space to gather as one, or to find peaceful moments all to yourself.
From the moment you pull up to the house, the ground level of this home presents a thrilling playground of possibilities. Outside, picture your family at play in the sparkling south-facing oceanfront private saltwater pool, relaxing in the seven-person hot tub, sharing a picnic lunch in a screened-in porch, stirring up a beverage at the covered bar area or cooling off in the two screened-in outdoor showers. Gone fishing? There’s a lighted fish-cleaning table to prepare the day’s catch. This property was amazing. It accommodated our large family and was really perfect. The kids area and gaming room on the lower floor was a lot of fun. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living/kitchen/dining was great for large family gatherings and the views were so nice. Elevator was a huge plus! The town of Avon had a food lion and other essentials that you would never need to travel far. You can walk to the beach and it was private. The pool was awesome and outdoor area was very functional. The driveway allowed for plenty of parking. The cleaning crew did a great job and everything was in good working order. The property manager Jimmy was excellent and ensured everything was in order. The pool was clean. The property management was really on top of things at this property. Would rent again!

Loved the house. It was beautifully decorated. The layout was less traditional than most oceanfront rental homes but it worked! It provided both group and private spaces that were lovely and comfortable with wonderful views. Very clean. Definitely recommend!
