The second bedroom features a brand-new, pillow-top queen-sized mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. There are plenty of options for lounging and relaxing in this beautiful home. Enjoy the Gator game on the 55in TV in the living room, sip coffee on the back deck in the morning under the beautiful oak trees or have a glass of wine on the covered side porch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare and enjoy meals. Kitchen features full sized refrigerator, full sized stove and oven, Keurig with coffee and creamer, microwave, waffle maker, blender, and toaster.

Another baseball weekend, another great stay! The house continues to check all the boxes for a great stay- convenient spot, has everything and is well kept, and the host is so timely and helpful. Continue to recommend it to anyone coming to Gainesville!

We booked this house for multiple Florida baseball weekends (wish the baseball was going a bit better!) and couldn’t be happier with the house and the host. The house has everything you need, including a great yard if you have a dog. If you are coming to Gainesville, I highly recommend you consider this house. Great place. Greater value. Even greater stay. And even greater host. Book now!

The house was cozy and comfortable. No complaints except for the several broken blinds. I rated the "Cleanliness of Property" with only 2 stars because of the yard, not the house. Summary: I would stay there again.
