The entire property is fenced in for complete privacy. Even though you are in downtown Gainesville you will feel peacefully secluded.

The host was very responsive and helpful during my stay. The location was convenient to the University and had a nice fenced yard. The unit had everything I needed.

My wife and I were in Gainesville for our daughter’s graduation. Our stay was terrific. The house was close to everywhere we wanted to be, quiet, and very comfortable. Communication from Gerald was just the right amount. The home was well appointed with necessary kitchen items and the bed and shower were great.

Perfect property for our stay. Very clean and convenient toall of Gainesville. Gerald, was a wonderful host and very responsive. We would definitely, love to stay again.
