Everything was great. Just a few minor issues with a missing remote control for the master bedroom ceiling fan, the master bedroom TV not being in sync (thus, I only used the TV in the main room) and a back patio that was not cleaned. I wish the hot water in the bathroom sinks ran hotter for shaving purposes, but other than that, a very nice house. Location wise, it is a very easy 3 block walk to Atlantic Blvd, but walking up 3rd Ave did require walking past some sketchy people hanging out in their cars. Thus, for a single female, it would be a concern. However, with my being a relatively formidable looking guy, I can handle the walk.

The house was spacious with many closets and dressers. The kitchen was very big, well equipped and usable. Eddie was super attentive to all of our needs and took care of them promptly. The location was very convenient. We had an enjoyable visit to Delray. Thanks

We were very impressed with Eddie's place-- the cleanliness, layout and spaciousness of it, all good things! We wanted a one-level and with the exception of one stair at the front door we got it! Eddie was very kind and communicated everything promptly and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the home is furnished perfectly to accommodate an entire stay. If I could give 10 stars I would!!
