Enjoy 2 acres of privacy surrounded by magnificent live oaks. 250 feet of frontage on the Vernon River allows for sweeping water views and endless sunsets as seen from the saltwater pool, hot tub, bedrooms and expansive balconies. The grandest of historic oaks, over 350 years old, greets you as you enter the property. Surely, it has stories to tell! The home's ground level hosts a full apartment with modern finishes, full kitchen and washer/dryer, while also featuring a gym and additional bedroom. Make your way up to the 2nd level which hosts the main living room w/ fireplace, open kitchen, dining room with seating for 12, laundry room, powder room, and two bedrooms, each with their own full baths. The upper level is complete with a large sitting room (optional 6th bedroom) that flows through to the master suite boasting 2 private balconies, lighted tray ceiling, wet-bar w/ mini fridge, walk-in closet, and 3-sided fireplace that connects to the en-suite bath. The bath offers double vanities, lighted mirror, jetted tub and huge shower. Smart TV's are provided in all bedrooms, living areas, gym and master bath. There is no way to properly describe this property, simply amazing. From host communication and flexibly to spacious and thoughtfully laid out and decorated. We were there for a full week and everyone had plenty of space for 10 people, 4 couples. The house is well appointed and there was considerable thought put toward making everything easy. Kitchens are by far the best we have seen in a VRBO and the setting feels absolutely secluded even with quick access to highways and local community.

We didn’t use the hot tub, but it’s there! We had a fire outside by the pool, nice conversations happened there. The house is beautiful, all pictures on line are accurate! The house is quite gorgeous and you have so many things provided to you for a comfortable stay. Trey, our host, was amazing!! I can’t thank him enough for his curtesy!!Many happy memories of this family vacation. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Savannah waterfront property. The place was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Trey was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Every detail was thoughtful, from the comfy beds to the charming decor. Five stars, we’d book again in a heartbeat!

This property was amazing in every way. Check in was smooth, communication was quick and thorough, and we were even able to get in a little early! The property was clean which is most important to me. It was also stocked with all kitchen ware, towels, toiletries, towels, bug spray, and sun screen. I had mentioned I was coming for my bachelorette party and they even went as far as putting themed floaties in the pool. The check out process was also so simple! They just asked that we took out the trash and started the dishwasher/ washer if we could, which we did! I would love to stay here again. If you're considering booking this house, just do it! You can't go wrong.
