Queen Anne Victorian Mansion. Experience. Five bedrooms, Plus loft area (6 Beds)/4.5 bath. Additional Trundle Bed with 2 Fulls, Sitting Room/Office with Queen Sleeper Sofa. Full Futon, and Twin Convertable chair. Total Beds 11.The home has been restored to its original charm. Two Blocks to Dot Free Shuttle running thru out the Historic District.. SBR-00164

Fantastic Victorian mansion, 2 blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park. Restored to original condition, this house is filled with unique woodwork, stained glasss windows and other features. Enter into large historic foyer which will bring you back to the late 1800`s. Parlor level includes living room, dining room, kitchen, butler`s pantry and powder room and Office/sitting room with convertable couch.. Beautiful kitchen is complete with new gas oven, microwave, two dishwashers, butler`s pantry and fireplace. The original grand staircase takes you to the living quarters where you will find four meticulously restored bedrooms, each with its own charm. Two bedrooms have king and two have queen beds Two bedrooms have private baths and two share a Jack and Jill style full bathroom. The attic level includes a bathroom with freestanding copper tub as well as a large bedroom with king bed. We have full fulton and a trundle bed with two fulls. Loft area in TV room has a Queen bed. Gas fireplaces thru-out the house. Double decks overlook beautifully designed yard with walkways and fountain. This home was designed by William Preston Gibbons, a renowned architect recognized for designing many of the most notable buildings in Savannah.

Three off street parking spaces are available to guests. Streets are not metered so parking tends to be available as well on Gwinnett.

Wow, just wow! Michael is an awesome host. We needed to park our 21' travel trailer while staying at the house and Michael went above and beyond expectations in helping us figure out how to do that. He was a great help to us and even facilitated a FaceTime video call so I could see our options. As to the house, it was spectacular. Given the house was built in the 1890s, it was in great condition. We loved the high ceilings, the quality of the appliances, the provision of comfortable toilet paper, and the location. We had our two dogs with us so the proximity to Forsyth Park was great for their multiple daily walks. Also, while Krogers next day is a little noisy, it was great to have groceries available so close by. We enjoyed the porch every day and even tried our hand at the video game machine on the top floor. I always loved Donkey Kong and Galaga! In closing, one of the wonderful things about this is just how comfortable it is. The woodwork is beautiful, there are plenty of rooms to spread out in, and it is wonderfully appointed. We are trying to figure out our next trip to Savannah so we can stay at this property again. Thank you, Michael!

This lovely historical mansion provided our group with the perfect home base for our annual get-together. Everything from the cozy porch where we had coffee every morning to the beautiful bedrooms were perfect. The kitchen , dining room and front parlor were well suited for our meals , Derby watching and lively conversations. We would gladly reserve this property again in Savannah.

We had an amazing stay for parents 50th wedding anniversary. We had 15 people and stayed very comfortably, hot showers were awesome! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the Kroger next door was extremely convenient. The weather was beautiful for sitting on the big porch with lots of rocking chairs. We laughed and played games at the big dinning room table. We enjoyed Savannah and had a wonderful celebration. Thank you Harden House!

Listing does not include that the property has two tenants on the ground floor. In order to enter the house, everything has to be taken up a flight of steps. Flooring is in poor condition (missing pieces, scratched) on the main floor. The Kroger is right beside the house, separated by a two lane road. Loud delivery trucks, people every where. Heard gun shot, two cars drive off and then siren came in the direction of the house. Towels had someone’s hair on them and hair from somebody in a shower. Beautiful tub on 3rd floor but no hot water to fill it. No movies to watch in the movie room but have xfinity channels. Great kitchen, complete with everything needed. Comfy bed on the 3rd floor, enjoyed the game room. Beautiful staircase, nicely furnished rooms. Love the history of the home.
