NEW BUILDING IN INDIAN ROCKS BEACH
UNIT 202 - This apartment is on the LEFT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our new coastal style building features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor.
Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.
UNIT 202 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT unit with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.
Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.
There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.
There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID# 1131130 (unit 201) for availability, and book both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!
Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

Host was very responsive and honestly, after check in we didn’t really need to communicate with the host at all because the place was so wonderful and the details included in the listing were exactly what we got. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 6 had a great time. Everything we needed to prepare meals and to be on the beach were available. We would book here again!

This was exactly the vacation our family was looking for. Patrice was a wonderful host. Very accommodating. The view of the sunset from the balcony was amazing. 10/10!! Hoping to book there again in the near future.

One of the better locations we've stayed at in the area. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and extras such as beach towels. Great location, convenient dining including a French pastry shop right next door.
