The sugar-white sand and stunning Gulf sunsets are just a 3 minute WALK away, perfect for morning walks or evening beach time. On the intracoastal side, you’ll see boats cruising by and dolphins playing in the water. It’s peaceful, friendly, and easygoing — the kind of place where you instantly feel on vacation.
This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story home and you will have private access your unit, which includes an outdoor patio; the backyard is directly on the intracoastal. We provide you with a BBQ, paddle boards, beach lounge chairs, a beach wagon, beach umbrellas, and an amazing view of the water. *Our guests see dolphins and wildlife every day!

Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals! Newly renovated after the hurricanes, this bright and spacious condo occupies the entire second floor of a charming 4-unit building directly on the intracoastal. Enjoy peaceful water views in a relaxed, family-friendly neighborhood just under two blocks from beach access at Indian Rocks Beach.
We make beach days effortless with a wagon, towels, umbrellas, cooler, and beach chairs all included. Inside, you’ll find three 32" Roku TVs (living room, primary bedroom, and one guest room) for easy streaming and downtime.
The space is thoughtfully designed and decorated by a local artist, featuring fun, funky murals and unique details that create a vibrant coastal vibe — and the perfect backdrop for memorable photos.
*Please note, due to the hurricanes, the vegetation and greenery was damaged but is slowly returning and we are so excited to see that!
The easiest way to get around is walking or riding bikes. You can also scooter, go boating, grab an Uber, or rent a golf cart. You can hop on one of the paddle boards that we provide FREE to guests.

The location to the beach is great for walking and not having to find beach parking. We walked to dinner at the restaurant on the corner. The street is quiet, and the place was clean. The pool table was great entertainment, and they provide many water activity toys, beach wagon, cooler and beach towels.

Perfect way to end our holiday. The home is absolutely adorable. The view was beautiful, watched sunrise from the patio each morning. Then in the evening walked the three minutes to the beach and played in the ocean for sunset. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Only salt and pepper, so bring your own spices. Fun having the pool table too. We’d definitely stay here again
