The Space:

'Ludbrookes' is a classic, family, holiday home located in a quiet residential street of Nelly Bay. Surrounded by tropical palms and fruit trees, this 3 bedroom home offers the perfect escape for busy families looking for some quite time.



The house is well equipped for every guest with access to Foxtel in the large lounge area, as well as an electric pizza oven, air fryer, pie maker and dishwasher in the kitchen. The family sized Weber BBQ sits on the large verandah surrounding the house, allowing relaxed dining options inside or out. There



The main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite, with the other two bedrooms sharing the main bathroom and are furnished with a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a tri-bunk in the third (single bed on top, double bed below). All bed linen and bath towels are provided for guests.



The backyard is complete with fruit trees and fully fenced, allowing the canine family members to come on holidays too if they promise to stay outside only.

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 x Tri Bunk (Single on top, Double on bottom) + 1 Trundle Bed.

Magnetic Island is located 8km from Townsville and accessible by passenger or vehicle ferries.

67% of Magnetic Island is National Park Land, allowing for 36km of walking tracks with Australian wildlife like Koalas, Echidnas, Wallabys and many different birds. These tracks lead to magnificent views of the Island, its bays and surrounding blue Coral Sea.



Getting Around:

Magnetic Island can be easily accessed by the public bus service and taxis.

If you prefer to travel at your own pace there are hire cars available once on the Island. Parking is available.
