Enjoy ocean views, a private pool, and beach access steps from the front door! This 2,600 sqft villa has it all; built in 2018 it boasts vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tasteful new furniture and decor, spacious rooms and a brand spanking new addition downstairs!

* Next to Kiva Dunes Golf Course
* 2 level home with separate entrances
Upstairs includes:
~ 2 master bedrooms with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and TV
~ Bunk room one has 4 singles and TV
~ Bunk room two has 2 fulls and 1 single and TV
~ 3rd Full bathroom with tub
~ Spacious open concept living area with TV room, dining room and kitchen (fully stocked for the cook!)
~ Patio with rocking chairs to relax and listen to the waves
~ Private salt water pool.
~ Pool deck with dining and lounge seating
Downstairs (new addition) includes:
~ Large combo room; including a bedroom with a queen size bed and an extra TV lounge area
~ 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed
***These two rooms are separated by a barn door and you have to walk through large room to get to second bedroom
~ Full bath with stand up shower
• Fully stocked updated kitchen
• Grill and utensils
• Coffee set up with Keurig Duo- we supply first day of cups, filters and sugar
• We provide a starter pack with dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, lotion, garbage bags, paper towels, toliet paper. For longer stays you may need to restock on your own.
• Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus in all rooms
• Onsite washer and dryer
• Private onsite parking
• Beach towels and blankets
• Beach wagon
• Elevator available upon request if there is a guest in need of it!
Pool temperature set to 78 degrees oct 1 to May 1. The pool heats to 20 degrees over air temperature. Ex: if it is 55 degrees out, Pool will be heated to 75 degrees.

The property was perfect for a large family. The location and house was perfect for having kids on the trip. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We loved our vacation at this property and already looking forward to our next trip here!

Highly recommended!!Property is closer to the beach than pictures appear so that was wonderful! Sitting on the screened in front porch the early morning with your coffee is must then again in the evening with cocktails. Poolside is also a must when taking a break from the beach. Accommodation’s were great for all 14 of us. 8 adults and 6 children. Just FYI the lower 2 bedrooms are not accessible from the upstairs unit you must go outside to come up. Worked great for us but might not be ideal for everyone. Our host Ashleigh was wonderful to work with! Took care of all our needs! None of us wanted to leave especially the two 5 year olds and 6 year old. They wanted to live there forever! Thank you for beautiful memories of our 2024 family vacation!😁

We were VERY pleased with this home for our NYE beach trip. The owner was magnificent, and the house was very clean and accommodating. We will definitely be back to this beach house.
