About this cottage rental
A recent project to rebuild and renovate these Grade II listed barns has resulted in two holiday units enjoying elevated views across the Calton Lees Valley. Rye Croft Cottage has been designed upside down so that living accommodation opens out onto a private garden to the rear. The adjacent Pingle Cottage which sleeps 4 can be a booked alongside Rye Croft Cottage to provide accommodation for up to 10.
Calton Houses is located along a private drive from the village of Calton Lees and is around a 45 minute walk to Chatsworth.
Dogs are welcomed at a rate of £35 per dog per stay, please advise our reservations team when making your booking that you shall be bringing a dog with you.

Deep in the dales - absolutely lovely house about 1mile from Chatsworth House. Please note that the stairs are spiral so those with dogs may have a challenge.

We had a fantastic break on the Chatsworth estate. The cottage is situated in the most beautiful valley with stunning views with hillsides full of daffodils and lambs. It is within easy walking distance to Chatsworth itself. The cottage was perfect with lovely rooms and comfy beds. Our pups loved the house too. We’ll definitely be back
