About this house rental
Discover the queen city in this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom home on Walworth Avenue. Walworth ave is a peaceful street that is super walkable to amazing bars and restaurants! Eli’s BBQ- arguably best Cincinnati BBQ joint is a short 5 min walk. This unit is very close to Hyde Park and Oakley (~5 min drive). It is also super easy to get downtown (~10 min drive).
You will have the entire home to yourself. This listing is recommended for guests who are fairly mobile as the house does sit on a hill so there are stairs to get to the front door. There is also a winding stair case to get to the second floor. This house was built in the 1920’s and has recently been renovated with all new appliances and finishings.
Parking:
We have two parking permits you can use to park in front of our home ($15/car). Please send us the make, model, year, color, and license plate/state of your cars so we can put them in the parking permit for your stay. Free street parking is available but difficult to find.
Main Level:

- Office area w/ desk and office chair
-Living room- Two couches, Smart TV. Stocked with plenty of kid's books, toys and games so you don't have to bring your own!
- Kitchen- Fully equipped. Free coffee. Kids cups/plates/utensils.
- Bathroom 1 (full): Standing Shower only. SH/CN/BW provided. Hair dryer provided.
- Stacked washer/dryer
- Fenced in Backyard w/ grill
Level 2: Contains 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Deck off of the master bedroom.
Second Level:
- Bedroom 1: King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet. Crib/pack n play available.
- Bedroom 2:Queen bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet.
- Bedroom 3: Full bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet.
- Full Bathroom: Shower w/tub. SH/CN/BW provided.
We accept pets(dogs only) but will collect a $150 pet fee per pet. We also will ask that you keep your pet out of the bedrooms, and off all furniture. If you are leaving the unit for the day, restrict your pet to the front room.
Please note that a 5% credit card transaction fee will apply if you cancel your booking.

Overall fine place to stay. Was clean on the surface but not clean in the smaller details. There were several lady bugs in the bedrooms.. first one found on the bed. Didn't love that.Someone was kind enough to come clean off the outdoor stairs and walkway after it snowed, which we did love.
