The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress, 65" flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan and has direct access to its own private bathroom as well as a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds with brand new firm perfect sleeper mattresses, 32" flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bedrooms are also on opposite sides of the unit allowing for optimal privacy for guests.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless-steel appliances accented with beautiful quartz countertops. Perfectly appointed with all the necessities including microwave, regular coffee machine, Keurig coffee maker, four slice toaster and blender. Cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils.
Condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels. boogie boards, cooler and float noodles for your fun at the pool or on the areas many beautiful beaches.
In unit laundry room just off the kitchen includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as a hair dryer.

We came into town for a wedding in Dunedin and stayed in this wonderful property in Clearwater. We were so impressed with the upkeep of the unit, the attentiveness of the hosts Lou & Dawn, and the amenities available. The pool was divine, and despite having to fly in, the hosts had provided enough beach accouterment to roll up to honeymoon island with two kids and four adults and have a blast. The neighbors were so friendly, there were plenty of places nearby to eat and the best part was the condo; the kids wanted to move in by the end of the weekend. We would definitely rent again!

Everything we needed was there.Kitchen utensils were more than adequate,clean,neat and organized ! Location is great for baseball and beach,pool. Host was responsive and accomodating.Fitness room was closed for rennovations, would have been nice to know in advance. There is a Planet Fitness close by.

The place was immaculate. Very clean. Good communication with the Host. The pool was very nice. Loved the heated pool. Loved the decor of the room and how clean it was. Nice to have coolers, beach towels, lotion, beach chairs etc. very very nice. Will recommend 100%.
