Our bright and modern condo is your home away from home in the quiet gated community of The Avalon at Clearwater. Located on the third and top floor of a walk-up building, this condo is ideal for families or groups up to 6.
The master suite offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two double beds and access to a second bathroom.

Amazing condo in a great location!

We did have a nice stay! The place is very nice. The only problem was an awful smell in the laundry room. All the towels (except the beach towels) smelled the same way. Luckily, we were able to borrow towels from our parents condo.I believe there’s mold growing in the washing machine.

Super clean and comfy! Place is just as listed. Stay here. Close to pool. Large enough to have your space and quaint enough to spend time together:).

I want to start out by saying this condo had everything you could need. Except the A/c in the master room didn’t cool the room very well and the fan was so loud we couldn’t sleep. We did notify our property manager. He stated it would be fixed after our stay. Not very pleasant for use during our stay. The washing machine had been shut up for days before we had arrived.In return caused the laundry area to have a very strong mold smell. Now, the pool was wonderful, you can walk around the area and be safe. The comforter in the master was awful. I hope they update that for your stay. The beds wear awesome for comfort.
