The kitchen is open to the dining area and living space, creating the ideal kitchen to cook your meals during your stay. Cook your meals while still interacting with everyone in the living space. With new modern appliances and tons of seating, both at the dining table & additional bar seats, there is plenty of room for the entire gathering to enjoy.

As you walk into the home, you are greeted with an open living room. Tons of comfy seating, a large smart TV, and lovely views outside. This room will also have an air bed in the closet.

The downstairs living room of the bi-level is a bright and open living area with a 60" HDTV. The sofa is incredibly comfortable and can be used as an extra bed.
★☆ BATHROOMS ★☆
You'll find three clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, decorative mirrors, and soft towels. There are 2 walk-in showers and one bathtub. All bathrooms are equipped with make-up wipes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
★☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆★
Just outside the open kitchen, the back door opens to a lovely deck overlooking the large backyard. Downstairs from the patio, you will find a comfortable and shaded 6-person dining table. Enjoy your meals outdoors and indoors with all the living space that extends from inside the home to outside of the home.

You will have access to the entire home and garage during your stay. There is also a neighborhood golf course and swimming pool (open seasonally). Make yourself at home and give us a call if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
Other things to note
Please note that we have installed 2 Vivint cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one on the front door and another in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.
This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties are not allowed and will be shut down promptly.
There is a small fee for the community pool. Please check the website for costs.
Smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $600. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace. The flue is closed and will result in the home being smoked out. Fines upwards of $1000 if there is evidence the fireplace was attempted to be used.
We do have a neighbor take out the trash on Sunday nights. He will take the trash out in the trash cans on the side of the house.

The property was fantastic. Exceptional cleanliness with a very spacious outdoors and indoors with all the comforts one could ask. quick, easy, and clear directions on how to check in and out. The location was excellent in a beautiful location with plenty of options for activities in close proximity. Chennelle was a fantastic host answering all questions clearly and as quickly as possible. Wonderful property would certainly book again.

I can’t say enough about this house and the owners. It met all of our needs and Chanelle was an absolute wonder to work with. She had all the things there we needed even a leash for our little Dachshund! You really only need to bring your clothes and personal items! House was very well stocked. Grocery stores are very convenient for food. Beds are comfortable and linens all provided. She even supples a list of stores, restaurants, and activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family met and stayed here together for a Denver wedding - everything was wonderful. The host was very kind and great with communication. The house was very clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was peaceful, the yard was beautifully kept. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
