This house was great, and accommodated 6 plus guests easily, the house came with a lot of accessories and practical things needed in a home. We had a wonderful time and loved the decor! The host has great communication!

The house was as nice as it says it was. Newly remodeled and plenty of space. The backyard was a nice size and was a nice place to relax. The only downside was the communication with the host. I originally reached out to the host a few weeks before and had to reach out again the next week before she responded. On the day of arrival, we didn't receive any information to check in. We called and messaged the host with no response. We sat on the phone with vrbo agents for over an hour while they attempted to make contact. At 7:15pm they decided to put us in a hotel for the evening in hopes the host would respond. We had gone grocery shopping while waiting for vrbo to contact the host thinking we'd be in the house by the time we finished. Around 8:20, the host finally contacted us and sent the check in information. Even though we had finally settled into the hotel, we decided to go to the house so that we wouldn't waste the groceries we bought. We were in town for my nephew's proposal to his girlfriend. My mom, who was staying with us, was making his cake for the engagement dinner. Since she lost 5 hours of prep time that evening, she was not able to hang out at the beach with us the following morning because she had to use that time to make the cake. Afterwards, the host was available and very responsive, but the day of, after being in the car with 2 teenagers and a toddler for 8 hours, it was very inconvenient to have no contact with her and no way in.
