The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood offers a relaxed and local Corpus Christi experience. It is a quiet area where you can enjoy calm mornings and easy evenings while still being close to the action.
• Downtown Corpus Christi is about 10 minutes away for dining, nightlife, and events.
• Corpus Christi Bay is around 8 to 10 minutes away for waterfront views and sunsets.
• Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington are approximately 12 to 15 minutes away.
• North Beach is about 15 minutes away for swimming and beach days.
• Padre Island and the State Park are about 20 to 25 minutes away for longer beach adventures.
This location makes it easy to explore the city during the day and return to a quiet, comfortable home at night.
Getting Around:
Getting around Corpus Christi is easy from this location. Most guests choose to drive, as the home offers quick access to major roads that connect you to beaches, Downtown, and local attractions. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and typically arrive within minutes.
Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and shopping centers are all a short drive away, making everyday errands simple. Whether you are heading to the beach, exploring the bay, or enjoying Downtown Corpus Christi, travel times are short and convenient.
This central location allows you to spend less time driving and more time enjoying your stay.
Other Things to Note:
The shower in the master bedroom might be smaller since this was how house was built at old time in the area. We were not able to easily expend it.
We provide the bath towels for the number of people staying. Please don’t take the bath towels outside for swimming or other usage.
We do provide most of cookware, basic seasoning ingredients, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom regardless of how many days you stay. If you need more things during your stay, HEB grocery store nearby is your friend.
We would like to ensure that the AC function nice and cool during your stay so in order to prevent overheating/overrunning to cause some issues on AC, especially during super-HOT summer in TX, the temperature will be controlled above 70 degrees.
This is TX. We got lots of bugs/mosquitos friends. We try our best to treat it and keep it out of the house but chances are that they might sneak in when you open and close the door. If see a couple, please say bye bye and clean them.

I wish it wasn’t a work trip so I could say more. Great place exactly as described but unfortunately we worked both night and day shifts so didn’t really get to enjoy itBut I will say it had lots of room, quiet secure neighborhood

Perfect for the family who were with me on a work trip. Spacious and comfortable. All the amenities we could ask for. Great communication through property management and ownership. Highly recommend. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The property was easy to find in a nice neighborhood. It was clean and well kept. The only thing I can complain about were the dishes that were left in the dishwasher from the previous guests. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would definitely stay again.
