The location was great--close to the beach and all of the great restaurants and shops! Beautiful beach/vacation ambience; easy access to everything because we were on the ground floor. . . great parking too!
Since I am elderly, a bar in the showers would have been helpful. The couch in the living room was a little dirty as was the area carpeting in the living room. But, overall it was clean and affordable.

Very clean, good parking, good location, well stocked.
Beds - all beds need new mattresses as the are all thin and lumpy. Slat on the top bunk bed was broken.
No electrical outlets by the bunk beds.
The mirror in one bathroom covers up the electrical outlet.
One shower has hot and cold water reversed.

I liked having access to the kitchen and amenities. I haven't stayed in a condo before, and this is a big upgrade vs. a hotel room for about the same price!

Close to the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops and a local grocery store. The apartment has a washer and dryer, dishwasher and all the essentials to cook meals at home. The king size bed was comfortable too.
We stayed during spring break and people outside in our building kept yelling until 4 am. Lots of teenagers and young adults who came there to party with no regard for other families. The carpet and the couch in our room need to be steam-cleaned. They had a horrible ammonia smell. The couch itself was very uncomfortable to sleep on in addition to the strong odor.
