Bright and spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in Cochrane located just off highway 22 &1A, It is an easy drive to Canmore, Banff and Calgary. Quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. Just a short walk to plazza or mintues drive to shopping center. Enjoy mountain life with city convenience.

There is a spacious master bedroom with ensuite, a beautiful main bath and second bedroom. The third room can be used as a home office, complete with a desk!
The main floor is comfortable and roomy, with an open concept it’s easy to enjoy meals and visiting and be open to the whole main floor space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots/pans and most small appliances!

Great house and convenient location. A short drive into town but also a shortish walk to various amenities like Tim’s as well as a great little Mexican restaurant.
Really quiet neighborhood and for a terrace house surprisingly quiet too. The hosts were great and the house was plenty stocked with everything we needed.
