The Haunting Hallway begins with images of Ouija history. Did you know the Ouija board was once produced in Salem? Yes! On the same street of the Warlock House at the original Parker Brother’s factory. The memorabilia continues with television’s Bewitched, featuring everyone’s favorite sorceress — Samantha Stephens.

The Raven's Rest is a gothic delight. The décor is both foreboding and enticing, enveloped in the darkest of shadows, and beckoning those who stay within to discover their power in the eerie mists of dreams.

Warlock house was located in a great location within walking distance of most things. Beds were very comfy and we had tons of room to spread out with the 3 bedrooms. The decor and overall theme was spot on! Loved the spooky vibes. Communication with host was fast. Only drawback was no early storage of bags. We ended up dropping ours off at the UPS store. Overall would stay here again.

The Warlock House was everything we imagined it would be and more! Every day we stayed we discovered something new about the house. If witchy warlock esthetic is your aim, you will not be disappointed! Walking distance to down town, off street parking. Definitely worth the experience!

Our stay at the Warlock House was nothing short of magical—truly one of the most unique and memorable travel experiences we’ve ever had.
From the moment we stepped inside, we were completely immersed in a whimsical, spellbinding atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Salem. Every room is thoughtfully designed, from the enchanting “Haunting Hallway” to the cozy, beautifully themed bedrooms. The attention to detail is incredible—there are surprises and delightful touches everywhere you look, making the entire house feel like an interactive experience rather than just a place to stay.
The house strikes the perfect balance between fun and comfort. The beds were extremely comfortable. The Herbarium (where I slept) felt like a peaceful, healing sanctuary. I have never slept better in my life. The house was spotless and the modern amenities (fast Wi-Fi, smart lighting, and a fully equipped kitchen) made everything effortless, especially my morning coffee. We loved the customizable lighting and magical “spell” features in the Spirit Parlor —they added such a playful, immersive element to our stay. I spent a good amount of time in the Parlor, spinning the Wheel of Fortune and reflecting on some upcoming career opportunities.
Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. We were just a short walk from iconic attractions like the Salem Witch Museum and the Peabody Essex Museum, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. I loved taking walks into town, admiring the architecture and having easy access to shopping!
What really sets the Warlock House apart is how much personality it has. It’s clear the hosts put tremendous care into creating an experience that feels special, immersive, and just plain fun. Whether you’re a fan of Halloween, history, or just looking for something completely different, this place delivers in every way.
We left already talking about when we can come back—and next time, we’re staying even longer. Highly, highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Salem in the most magical way possible!
