The widows walk!

Great property in a great location, loved the turret and hot tub.

Not a huge deal, but the water was a little murky when we were there, not dirty enough to be true concern but I am guessing some future guests would have been a little more hesitant than we would have been to use it.

Being from the western part of the United States, we were there to experience Massachusetts. The Pilgrim Plantation, Red Sox game, Salem, Bunker Hill, The US Constitution, etc., it was always nice to come back and relax. We loved the turret on the house. It gave a great view of the area. We didn't use the bikes or solo-stove, (which we own one ourselves and love it), but enjoyed the hot tub. The fold-out couch upstairs was surprisingly comfortable. It was still a little chilly as it was spring, and the furnace warmed the house up quickly which we appreciated. When considering some of the places we visited, the house is out of the way, but we liked that too because we got the feel of a peaceful neighborhood that overlooked the the bay instead of the hustle and bustle of a downtown hotel. We love the New England architecture of the houses as we drove to and from our place. We could relax in the evening and get going at our own pace. Always grateful when someone opens their house to others so it can be enjoyed, and we returned the favor by treating it nicely and were kind and respectful to the neighbors as they were walking their dogs. Our Host was attentive to our requests before arrival and would reach out to see how were doing during our stay. Top notch!
