About this apartment rental
Bright apartment with classic furnishings, in a very central location, just a few steps from the Two Towers.
The apartment, located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator, opens onto a corridor that leads to the other rooms. The living area features an open kitchen equipped with amenities including an oven and an espresso machine, a dining table, a TV, and a single sofa bed. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large closet and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.
Around 1,5 km from the apartment there is the central train station while the airport is less then 20 minutes away by car.

This property was as advertised. It was perfectly located; shops ,services and attractions nearby. It was clean and comfortable and we would stay there again.Everyone with Wonderful Italy were lovely to deal with too!

Perfect location to explore the city. Can be a little noisy at night. Loads of good restaurants nearby.

The apartment is in a great location close to everything we wanted to see, but it is very noisy at night, up to 2am one night.
The management company is not ideal as the paperwork and process is not smooth. We did not receive complete instructions on how to use amenities, such as to turn the gas on and off when using the stove (this we didn't find out until the next property, so never used the stove). Compared to other properties we stayed on this trip, this one left a lot to be desired.
