As part of the Fresh Bed Program, it features freshly laundered coverlets for each new arrival. The modern living room includes a flat-screen TV and wood floors, while the kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and all essentials for home cooking. Guests can enjoy a gulf-side pool, sundeck, BBQ area, and nearby dining like the on-site Sea-n-Suds restaurant.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and all the essentials needed to make a delicious home cooked meal. There is seating for 4 people at the dining table. The living room features a modern coastal interior design. There is a large flatscreen TV and comfortable seating. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.

This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
Enjoy the unobstructed views from the primary bedroom which has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this condo to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. There is a full guest bath with a tub/shower combo in the hall.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

This condo is in a great location! Sea n Suds is right in front which some people may not like but I loved because it was delicious. Overall it was pretty clean. The only thing I did not like is that you cannot turn the AC under 72 degrees. I would stay here again.

Pros - location! A quick walk to the market across the street & to local shops. Restaurant right on the beach in front of condo. Nice shower in master. Easy check in/ out process. Door code easy access. Shower in master was AMAZING.
Cons - Dirty floors upon arrival. Balcony door doesn't open or shut good at all. Bed mattresses slept poorly. No vent in kitchen for cooking. No plug in guest tub for my kids to take a bath. Not good parking. With the valet parking for the restaurant in our lot it was very hard to get a spot in our lot. If no spots we had to park across the street. Only one pool, no kid things at all.
