The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and all the essentials needed to make a delicious home cooked meal. There is seating for 6 people at the dining table. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.

This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
Enjoy the unobstructed views from the primary bedroom which has a king size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this condo to comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Easy access, perfect view from balcony. Loved my mornings and nights sitting on balcony watching the sunset over the ocean. Well furnished and maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

We came for a quick family getaway. Nicely appointed condo with gorgeous views. All six of us found the beds to be uncomfortable, but that is a preference. Great beach access and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend!!!

The location and access to pool and beach are wonderful! The condo itself was not the cleanest upon arrival which I have communicated with the rental agency. We enjoyed the area and the stay though! The building and ammenities are out dated but we liked that there was a security guard on premises. If you have a brand new car pick your parking accordingly, my new car got dinged in the lot because the spots are a little tight.
