We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated in the South Platte River Valley, this modern city draws openness from the Great Plains to the east and features spectacular Rocky Mountain views to the west. Residents of this mile-high landscape (Denver is exactly 5,280 feet above sea level, or one mile high; 1.6 km for our metric friends) are noted for their sunny dispositions and can-do attitudes.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The garage is temporarily closed off to guests. There are two closets upstairs that you will not have access to. Additionally, the 2nd door to the laundry room is locked because of a low ceiling that we don’t want you to hit your head on. You can still access the full laundry room from the door off the game room.

Breathe in the fresh Colorado air as you sip your morning coffee in a cozy breakfast nook or gather around the fire pit as string lights twinkle overhead. After a day exploring Denver or the nearby mountains, soak in the hot tub or settle in for a movie night on the 75-inch screen. This home is designed to bring people together, with inviting spaces to relax, play, and share meals.

Sleeping arrangements
This home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms with seven beds. The main floor offers two bedrooms, each with a king bed and abundant natural light. Downstairs, a queen bedroom and a kid-friendly room with twin bunk beds create a comfortable retreat for all ages. Each bedroom is furnished with memory foam mattresses, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets for restful nights.

Living and entertainment
Two spacious family rooms give you plenty of room to gather, one with a 55-inch Smart TV and the other with a 75-inch screen perfect for movie nights or game-day viewing. The game room features a foosball table, board games, and a glass card table for friendly competition. When you want a quieter moment, curl up by the indoor fireplace in the reading nook.

Kitchen and dining
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, and coffee maker. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, and spices are provided, along with wine glasses, baking sheets, and silverware. A sunny breakfast nook is ideal for casual meals, and the dining table seats 12 for group dinners. A convenient workstation-friendly corner makes it easy to stay productive.

Outdoor living
Step outside to the private backyard where a hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ grill await. Share dinner at the picnic table, lounge on outdoor furniture, and enjoy evenings under glowing string lights. The yard is framed with professional landscaping for added privacy and charm.

Comfort and amenities
Stay comfortable with central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans. Essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer are provided, as well as a washer, dryer, and iron. Families will appreciate the Pack ’n Play, baby bath, and babysitter recommendations. The home is pet-friendly, and parking is easy with a four-car driveway and free street parking. Check-in is simple with a keypad entry.

Neighborhood
Located in a quiet residential area just minutes from major highways, you’ll have quick access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Arvada, and Golden. Grocery stores and public transportation are nearby, and popular destinations like Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Coors Field, and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science are within a short drive.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
