1920 Square Foot Newly constructed waterfront property located directly on the Majestic St. Lawrence River. 10 minutes from Ogdensburg, 35 Minutes from Canton or Alex Bay. One hour drive to Ottawa or the Adirondack Mountains.
Fall 2026- Furniture and outdoor patio upgrades.
Make memories enjoying "The River" while sitting on or using our 80 foot private dock for that memorable fishing trip. Feel free to use the rowboats, kayaks and or firepit while enjoying the views of the ships passing in front of you. For the winter enthusiasts, the St. Lawrence County Snowmobile trail system is directly accessible from the property. Location says it all!

We had a wonderful stay! The house accomodates 6 people very comfortably with the 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The house is clean and well kept and the waterfront view is amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is absolutely Beautiful only second to the view of the St Lawrence River. The Rooms are spacious and the Beds very comfortable. Great water pressure and the dock is perfect. We would highly recommend to book your stay here.

Beautiful home and view. Very comfortable. Quiet location. Kids loved sledding, and the fireplace was great for warming up afterwards. Host was very responsive to the questions we had ahead of the visit.

The house was updated and had everything we needed! The host was very responsive. The lake views are beautiful. The entire area is gorgeous. The fall leaves couldn't have been more beautiful! We had a lovely fire in the fire pit and a few relaxing movie nights. For those of you who are into thrifting...there are some great local options! I highly recommend this property. We hope to be back, ourselves.
