This House is just Perfect for a stay on the gulf side, if you want to See Naples Area, Sanibel Island.. John-the owner- is very friendly, also their neighbors. The Pool, the Garden with its fruit trees are just phenomenal. The Interieur of the House is Perfect and its well equiped.

Overall, this place is roomy and comfy. The communication with the owner was easy and timely. The lanai and hot tub were very nice. The location is a good one. The pool was inviting but a little too cool for swimming in February.
We understand that owners in the area had their challenges with Hurricane Ian (there are no shingles on the roof). But this place has a number of small items that need maintenance inside. We gave the owner a list of more than a dozen items that need attention. We did some of our own maintenance and the owner had to call someone in to repair leaky plumbing under the kitchen sink.
For the price we paid we expected that the place would be better maintained than it was.
