About this house rental
Welcome to Hideaway cottage, a brand new completely remodeled 3 huge bedroom 3 bathroom home just 2 blocks from the Intracoastal and 4 blocks from the beach, nestled on almost half a acre of lush tropical gardens in Lantana FL. Situated on a quiet street enjoy all the comforts of a modern home inside, with beautifully decorated rooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, game room with slots, arcades, Atari and office. Massive screened in lanai and gigantic secluded back garden.
Hideaway cottage really is your home away from home. It has a huge driveway with parking for 5 cars and room for your boat and trailer. Brand new hurricane impact windows, brand new AC, in home laundry and kitchen with all brand new Samsung stainless steel appliances.
All rooms come with large 50-65" Roku 4K HD televisions, WiFi and alarm clocks with wireless charging pads.
The beds all have pillow top mattresses and super soft serta bedsheets and pillows. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with King size beds and 1 with a Queen. You will sleep like a baby here.
There is also a blow up air mattress that can sleep one in the game room if required.
Pack and play and baby utensils and plates are available for the little ones.
Relax in the huge screened in lanai, with dining table, wicker furniture and a swing bench, or head outside to the deck where sun loungers and another dining table and BBQ grill await. The house has a western exposure so you get the sun in the back all day long.
The gardens are breathtaking, with little pathways running to different seating areas all lit up at night. There is almost a 1/3 of an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens for you to wander around in and forget where you are. It's a mini garden of Eden.
For the insane gambler there are 3 slot machines in the game room and tokens are provided so you don't lose any real money. For children of the 80's Miss Pac-Man is on the wall and Atari is hooked up to the TV. Lots of board games are available including Clue, Connect 4, Yahtzee, Chess, Backgammon, Monopoly, Uno and playing cards.
Need to do some work while you're here? We've got you covered. The game room doubles up as an office, with HDMI hook ups for your computer to the TV and office desk with wireless printer and scanner.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to live here. Coffee and Pod machines, toaster, microwave and Samsung stove, all brand new await your use.
Want to venture out to the beach? You're only a 10 minute walk straight over the bridge. And if you want to bring your boat, you can park it right in the huge driveway and its only a 2 minute drive to the dock.

The house was perfectly laid out for 2 couples. We enjoyed the outside screened in porch. For the amount you are charging thread bare whicker cushions seemed a little to shabby. Please remove prices from all the knick knacks. It was very apparent the owners do not cook. The cookware looked as if it was taken from a previous house. There were no serving dishes which we felt odd since they told us to entertain with the welcome book. With the quick turnover the owners should hire professional cleaners as I wiped down the door jams, kitchen cabinets and fridge when we checked in. The master shower should have provided 'shower spray' as there was soap scum on the lower shower walls. Sorry, if I'm too clean fussy. We did enjoy the house to relax and spend time with our friends.

What a beautiful, peaceful, beach cottage! We each had our favorite spot. It truly was even better than I hoped. The owners were very helpful and have created a perfect getaway. I will return!
