About this house rental
Welcome Home to OceanSky Lantana, our premier listing in what we hope to be a brand that you will grow to love.
Just off of I-95 at exit 45 (Hypoluxo Rd), the house boasts a close proximity to Ocean Ave’s Bars and Restaurants and is also 2.5 miles to the nearest beach in Lantana. 5 minutes by car or 15 using our rentable bicycles.
The property is a 3 Bed, 2 Bath 1200sqft home with bar area and large private pool, barbecue and outdoor seating perfect for year-round gatherings with friends and family. Beautiful Beach themed decor with lots of natural light and color. We tried to create a welcoming and lighthearted space for our guests to come and relax or let loose.
You’ll have access to the home, front yard, pool and deck area as well as the detached laundry room. In addition to our backyard space, our side yard is under renovations and will also be available soon.
As a full-time pilot, sometimes I’ll be flying or out of state. However, please don’t hesitate to call or text and I will provide assistance as soon as possible.
OceanSky Lantana has a full driveway with space for at least 4 vehicles. As far as getting around, we offer two rentable beach cruisers for our guests. We want everyone to be able to enjoy stay at OceanSky Lantana so here are a few easy house rules.
1) Try your very best not to block the sidewalk while parking during your stay
2) USE CAUTION when exiting and entering the house as there is a decent step-up/step-down when coming and going. Additionally, there is a step down just before entering the kitchen.
3) For Extended Stays, Trash/Recycling Days are Tuesday and Friday. Bins are located past the laundry shed and outside the master bathroom. We aim to do our best for the planet and encourage guest to recycle.
4) Fireplace is electric and can be used for just its ambient light or light and heating. Be sure to turn off prior to leaving. Remote is on the coffee table.
5) Pool Speaker and Accessories are located in the third Bedroom Closet and Trunk.
6) Board Games are located in the credenza under the “surfboard” in the dining area.
7) Pool Deck String Lights are on a timer and will activate at Sunset until 1AM. If you require them outside of these hours, the manual override switch is located above the washer in the Laundry Shed. The Button says On/Auto/Off. A red light will indicate that power is supplied to the lights.
8) We take pride in our pool area. Its professionally cleaned once a week (typically thursdays). Outside of that time frame, a pool net is provided near the pool area for general cleaning and use. Please ensure to pickup / remove all waste from the pool area after use.
9) If the grill is used, pleased be sure to clean it after each use. Also be sure to notify us so we can maintain the gas supply for future guests. Please Re-Cover after use.
10) The Master Bathroom has a strange quirk in regards to its light switch. Its not in the master bathroom at all but the 3rd switch along the wall in the dining room. It will be labeled. We hope to have this fixed in due time and apologize for the inconvenience.
11) We Encourage, but don’t require that shoes be left near the entrance to the house.
12) The most important rule of all, is to have an amazing time and ENJOY YOUR STAY!

We had such a good time at this cute place. The host couldn’t have been nicer! Would definitely recommend.

The location was great! The host was good. The house needs some major improvements. The dishes were all chipped. We went out and bought a new dish set. The master bedroom has no bathroom door and the back door has a window with no curtain. Which is you can see right though at night. The fence was all busted up. There was garbage around the house. The patio furniture is all busted up ripping. The dish washer smelled. There was food left in the fridge from previous guest. The dryer ripped multiple of my clothes. The security lights do not work. The pool was dirty all week and was cleaned on Friday before we left. I spent my first night wiping everything down. There was dirty sponges left on the sink. The green fake grass was all torn up and had rusty landscaping spikes hanging out. My daughter stepped on one and was cut. The small shed where the washer and dryer was seemed a little crowded. I picked up the trash around the house. The fixtures were rusty. The couch was ripped which is I was warned about before I arrived. The pots when taken out was dirty so I needed to rewash them. The fridge was dirty. Some of the stuff in the pictures are not there. The umbrellas are not there there is one in the picture at the table. The patio furniture is dirty and ripping so we didint really use the furniture. Me and my family have multiple bug bites we were not outside at night. not really somewhere I think I will be renting again especially at almost two thousand.
