Located on the hill of Val delle Cannucce, this portion of a semi-detached house offers a vacation experience immersed in the tranquility of the pine forest, with a spectacular sea view. It has an independent entrance with access from a driveway gate and a steep downhill ramp that reaches the covered parking space (possibility of parking additional cars on the descent with exit only in reverse), from the parking space you can access the garden via a staircase of approximately 20 steps. The house is on two levels; on the raised ground floor there is a large living room with access to the veranda, kitchenette and bathroom; on the first floor, which is accessed by an open staircase, there are two double bedrooms and one with two single beds, 2 bathrooms, one of which is private in the bedroom (the bathrooms are all without bidet). The property has a large garden with swing, a terrace overlooking the sea, and a side veranda with sofa, external sink and gas barbecue. It is a short distance from the sea and the services of the centre, it is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Castiglione della Pescaia.
