Apartment on the first floor of a small villa overlooking the main road near the sports field, 50 meters from the sea and composed of only 3 apartments, two located on the ground floor and a larger one on the first floor. Access to the first floor is via an external staircase at the back of the house, which after 20 steps leads to a balcony furnished with a small table and two chairs. All rooms are accessible through the corridor at the entrance: there are 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and one with 2 single beds. The living room is large and equipped with table and chairs for 8 people, TV, and two armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a table and chairs for 8 people, hob, oven and refrigerator and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms (each with window), both with shower, and one with washing machine. The furniture is comfortable and practical an also includes two fold out beds. The villa is characterized by high ceilings and is very cool in summer: just in case, however, there are fans in the bedrooms for guests and there is a single air conditioner in the main corridor between all the rooms. Despite the lack of private parking, there is ample free public parking in the area. This apartment is suitable for families with children who want to go to the beach without crossing the main road.
