This beautiful home in Alpine Lake is new to renting and the owners have made this the perfect getaway for multiple families or large groups.

Upon entering, you’ll find the laundry area and kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a coffee bar area. The main floor also has a living room with a smart TV and wood-burning fireplace. Head down the hallway to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Step outside the basement living area to find the hot tub nestled in the woods—perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.
🚗 Winter Travel
4WD or AWD is highly recommended during the winter season. The driveway is steep and can be slick in the winter months, so guests should use caution when entering and exiting in icy conditions.

Minimum age requirement of 23 years old to book.
Driver`s license will be requested for all bookings.
Failure to meet the minimum age requirement will result in eviction without refund.

This property is NOT pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will incur a non-refundable fee of $500, and up to $1,000 if excessive cleaning is needed or damage is found.
🚭 No Smoking
A $200 fee will be charged if any signs of smoking are found.
🛁 Hot Tub
Please follow all posted hot tub rules. If excessive cleaning is required due to negligent use, a $350 cleaning fee will be charged to your card.

The place was well taken care of. The owner thought of everything. When you walk in the laundry is right there. They had toys for the kids and board games to keep the kids entertained .Any problems or questions we had were answered very quickly. We could not be happier with our stay.

Very nice house with lots of amenities. Very family friendly. Located in beautiful community with many things to do or you can choose to do absolutely nothing and enjoy the quiet outside in the porches.

Overall, this is a really nice place. It’s well laid out, spacious, and great for families. It also has a large kitchen table for eating or playing games. While it’s about a five-minute drive to the main lodge and doesn’t have a lake view, it does offer plenty of privacy and a beautiful view of the woods out back. The house was clean, though a periodic deep cleaning would make it even better—some of the registers and furniture had a bit of dust, and the front and back porches could use a power wash or at least a quick sweep with a leaf blower to clear away leaves, dirt, and cobwebs. The bottom/basement level also had a slight musty smell, so we purchased air fresheners. Adding televisions in the bedrooms would also be a nice touch.The only real disappointment was the hot tub—it had some debris inside and was only half full, with the water level below some of the jets, so we chose not to use it.That said, the property is well-stocked, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great vacation. The hosts provided many necessities, including pots, pans, silverware, glasses, laundry soap, towels, coffee, creamers, USB chargers, and much more. I’d definitely recommend it, as the issues mentioned were minor and easily fixable.

This property was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well stocked for a large family. The house itself feels very private because the cabins are spread apart. We went swimming at the beach, rented kayaks, went about 25 minutes away to Oakland, MD to Swallow Falls State Park and Deep Creek Lake. So much to do and everyone from grandma to the teenagers to the 1 year old had a blast. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds and couches are comfortable. Lots of towels. Would highly recommend
