**Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $200 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $20/towel and $50/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.**

Our family will definitely use this Rental again. We highly recommend it. It has great parking, a great location, and it is very clean. It’s also walking distance from everything that we were interested in. The beach was our favorite part. Just a short beautiful walk from the rental .

The house and host were fantastic. You cannot beat the location and everything was well stocked for our stay. When we arrived there was no hot water. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the host got someone out to fix it. The house is generally loud and bright in the mornings due to some windows not having coverings and businesses receiving early morning deliveries. But that is just the nature of the fantastic location. We will absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely a perfect location and all the amenities we needed!!! We will be back! We travel/use VRBO a lot and this is one of the best places/locations we’ve had. Hosts were very quick to respond! Thank you
