Take a step back in time with one of these 3 newly restored cottages in the heart of Laguna Beach. Built as a seaside retreat in the 1930’s, our cottages have endured as a magical escape to the bygone time of California’s “Surf and Sand” fun. Freshly restored in 2015 with our unique vision of the 1930s to 1950s beach ambiance. Located only 1/2 block from Coast Highway you will have easy access to the beach and all of the great restaurants, and "outdoor fun” that Laguna has to offer. Bring your guitar, favorite books, and festive party spirits. Large front yard for relaxing with views of the ocean. Easy parking. (2 cars per cottage). Internet, laundry, fully stocked kitchens, & queen sized beds in each cottage.

Very nice cottage. It is basic but we don’t need fancy. It has a full kitchen but we did not cook. It is a comfortable size for two adults. The location is excellent. One block from the PCH (main drag) and just another half block to the St Anne’s beach. The interior was very clean. It would be nice if the outdoor furniture was kept up better because it has a beautiful private back patio. We would stay here again.

We appreciated the location of the green cottage within Laguna Beach, updates to that historic unit, lawn area, and convenient parking lot.Only nit would be insufficient kitchen utensils, bowls, etc for a family of 5.Thank you!

We loved our visit. The green house was perfect, very clean, roomy, nice kitchen with amenities. We used the front yard and bbq with a view of the ocean. Would definitely book again.
