My family and I had the opportunity to stay in Clapham Common at 59E during Christmas and not only was the flat comfortable but also a great location to the Tube as well as many restaurants and stores. Mark, the owner, was very gracious and even provided a basket of wonderful pastries and an assortment of flowers throughout .

We were in Clapham to visit family. Mark is a great host and the flat is in great location. It is convenient to shops, restaurants and the tube station is only 10 minutes away in either direction. It is straight across the road from Clapham Common. Mark has a lovely outdoor space in his garden which would be a lovely place to chill in the warmer months. The flat is very comfortable, well equipped but maybe suited more to a group of friends than a family group.

Absolutely no issues with cleanliness - lounge furniture and bedding very comfortable - bus stops practically at the front door making using the bus so very convenient. Communication with the host was never an issue. The guidebook in the lounge had numerous pages of all the flat features (heat, bath/shower controls, etc.) was EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE. Unfortunately, this information is lacking in most VRBO lettings. Being across the street from Clapham Common is a real plus-the view of the wide expanse of greenery is very relaxing while sitting in the lounge. Booking this flat will definitely enhance your stay in London.
