The first floor also features a guest restroom and an entryway with a built-in closet.
The master bedroom and a second bedroom are located on the upper floor. The high ceilings are a distinctive feature. The bathroom features a built-in bathtub and a double sink. A shower room with a separate toilet is located on the same floor.
